CLEANING OF WATER THERMAL NETWORK BY ELECTRO-MEMBRANE METHOD

ABSTRACT A method for producing a composite of an inert anode lead dioxide coating on a titanium base substrate with pre-deposited manganese dioxide, not containing in its structure and noble metals reliably operated in the electrolysis of chloride-sulfate solutions. On this basis, developed a test bench system electro membrane softening water and made her bench tests. The technology consists of passing water through the cathode chamber dual chamber electrolyser membrane, the separated compartment of hardness salts in water aftersoftening sodium cation filter and neutralize it during the passage through the anode electrolyzer chamber. This dramatically reduces the amount of reagents, respectively, decreases the amount of wastewater dumped mineralized and energy costs accounted just 1.3 kW*h / m3 of treated water. The resultant water has an index carbonate 0.09 (m-Eq / dm3)2 and ammonia after adjusting pH can be used to fuel heating systems.
